I just went through an eviction today.  It was not fun, including all the things leading up to it.  My renter should have been kicked out about 2 years ago, when they first got behind.  My fault.  After all, a mortgage company would not care what your story is, they just want the money.

Wells Fargo Bank has a lot of foreclosure business and is still going strong.  I have a bank account with them and they own one of my rental properties (I say one, but right now, I only have ONE).
